Cooper Lomaz have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to work with our Client, a Hotel based in Norfolk as their Conference & Events Sales Manager.
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the following:
* Initiating and developing new business for the Corporate Conference & Events side of the business
* To promoting the Hotel and their facilities to all types and sizes of business in order to sell the benefits, services and events.
* To provide proactive and reactive sales and customer service support.
* Responsibility for developing and securing conference and corporate event revenue for the hotel
* Contacting existing Clients, cold calling potential Clients and following up on leads for potential Clients.
* Maintaining and building Client relationships
* Ensure the Hotel maintains a high profile through promotion of their services
* Creating innovative ways to target Clients
Essential
* Proven B2B sales experience with the ability to generate own leads
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Target orientated with a passion for sales
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet targets with minimal supervision
* Full driving licence and own transport
