The Company:
We are looking for a Conference and Event Sales Coordinator for this 5* hotel based in St. Andrews.

The Job:
Our client requires an experienced Conference and Event Coordinator to work within an established and busy sales team. The key purpose of the role is to sell the conference and event facilities of this hotel to incoming enquirers and then convert these to bookings.

You will liaise with clients from initial enquiry, undertake showrounds, close deals, upsell services, collate information and follow through on the necessary organisation, planning, administration and client liaison before the event.

The Person:
It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate experience of holding a similar position within a venue or hotel. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are already Conference and Event Coordinators with experience of handling large events. It is essential that you have excellent communication and administrative skills with an acute eye for detail and full PC skills.

The Rewards:
A basic salary for Conference and Event Sales Coordinator of up to £16,000 plus excellent benefits and training and development is on offer for the right candidate.
