West End based Property Co. seeks hands on construction contracts administrator with a clear mandate to find suitable contractors, challenge build costs and manage projects valued between £5k and £5m.
Ideal person will have:
•A preferred minimum 5 years relevant experience.
•In depth knowledge of how contractors work
•A full understanding and working knowledge of contractors cost matrix.
•Experience in negotiating trade contracts.
•Focussed with attention to detail.
You will be determined and hard working with a genuine ability to deliver projects.
