My client is one of the leading building construction companies within the Middle East. Their expertise encompasses the procurement and construction of a broad variety of projects including, but not limited to, office buildings and business centres, residential and housing developments, retail and commercial centres, industrial complexes, hospitals, hotels, schools and military /defence projects.
They currently have an urgent requirement for a construction manager who holds a degree in civil engineering and has at least 13 years experience within the building industry working with contractors. You must have high-rise or major project experience and have a proven track record operating within the Gulf region. You must be able to demonstrate excellent co-ordination skills as you will be required to lead a number of engineering, trades and labour personnel onsite, while keeping a keen eye on health and safety and program.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available or able to join my client in a short period of time. Interviews for this post will be held from the 14th October onwards in Dubai, so candidates are required to be local.
