The successful candidate will become a part of an already existing team that work on a wide variety of projects such as healthcare, student accommodation etc within the South East.
The successful candidate will spend 60% of their time out of the office visiting live sites and the remaining 40% in the office working on tenders and helping to secure new business.
To be considered for this role candidates will need to have a strong knowledge and experience of both tender and site planning within the construction sector. In addition candidates will need to be proficient in the use of Asta Power project and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus a benefits package comprising of car / car allowance, pension, healthcare etc.
