This is a fantastic opportunity for a Planning Engineer to join a highly regarded national contractor to work on a portfolio of projects including residential, healthcare, academy, children centres, refurbishments etc which range in value size of up to £20million. Due to increasing workloads they have the need to strengthen their team.
The Construction Planning Engineer will be based at their South London offices and they will be responsible for Tendering and winning new projects in South London. You will be responsible for circa 5 tenders at any one time and so you will need to have previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. As and when new projects are won you will be given the opportunity to take the project to site and see it through to it's completion giving you full project life-cycle exposure and a varied role.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you are able to demonstrate both tender planning experience and experience of planning on live construction sites in the UK. In addition you will have first class communication skills and a proficient user of Asta Powerproject.
