Continuous Business Improvement - Sub-Surface Operations: Working for this leader in the Gas production arena, they require an individual to work within the Sub-Surface Groups Continuous Improvement Department to deliberate and discuss strategies and options to enhance business practices and processes with the objective of enriching and complementing various departments of this area.
Continuous Business Improvement - Sub-Surface Operations
-Reviewing current business enhancement practices and processes in the Sub-Surface Group
-Work closely with the management team and staff to advise on implementating changes to existing processes, and the initiation of new practices/processes.
-Undertaking business studies to integrate overall initiatives for the management of changes to systems, methods and procedures
-Developing and standardising procedures for current and recommended business enhancements practices and procedures
-Coordinating and leading business enhancement projects
-Developing 'business practices and process' benchmarks to ascertain performance worldwide
Continuous Business Improvement - Sub-Surface Operations – Qualifications
-BSc in Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 15+ years multi disciplinary industry experience spanning business administration, work flow process evalutation, continuous improvement, quality and project management
-A high level of business process experience in the Gas sector.
-An understanding of offshore development and subsurface operations
