Involvement at all stages of the business winning process, with particularly involvement at contract negotiation and contract drafting and review stages. You will be responsible for providing in depth professional and proactive legal advice and support to the business. The work will be principally project related and will involve working on various projects at anyone time, dealing with a number of miscellaneous legal matters arising from these projects.
This role will focus mainly on dealing with contracts and commercial matters, as well as dealing with the typical range of in-house legal matters. The role will involve some occasional UK and international travel.
- You will be a Contracts & Commercial Lawyer
- You will have astrong background in contract drafting, review and negotiation
- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of working autonomously and in a similar type of environment.
- We are happy to consider candidates who have worked for private practices and/or as In-House lawyers
- The ability to work autonomously and in project type of environment
- You will ideally be local to Lancashire though relocators who can demonstrate a commitment to the location will be considered.
