Our Client is a well established main Contractor and has worked on many signature high rise tower project in the UAE.
They currently require experienced individuals for these challenging roles.
Skills
You will:
- deal with company commercial and contractual issues
- set out company strategy in compliance with the company top management targets
- liaise with clients, local authorities and developers
- monitor all ongoing projects
- finalize the pending and outstanding commercial and contractual issues
- set out the corrective actions and proper advice to top management to overcome any disputes with third parties
The ideal candidate will be already in the role, have extensive experience working in the Middle East and as there is no relocation allowance you will be based already in the UAE/GCC.
