Qatar is a country in rapid growth. With predicted 17% GDP increase next year, both it's economy and construction is set to rapidly increase - even more so than the rest of the GCC region.
This role is a specialist position as a contracts manager who will be expected to both write and administer the contracts. One of the unique features of this role is that you will be expected to liaise very closely with a key developer within the region to get the project finished.
As a result I require a very experienced contracts manager who will have experience in writing contracts for a developer. The successful applicant might currently be a regional divisional manager for a developer within the region, or have equivalent experience.
