Contracts Manager - Surveying / Quantity Surveyor background
Our client is a medium sized main contractor with £40m turnover. They are seeking a Contracts MAnager to be based in Herts and managing several sites in London, mainly consisting of refurbishment, and some small new build projects.
The ideal Contracts Manager will have a Surveying / Quantity Surveying background and have a strong background in refurbishment projects up to £5-6m. Decent Homes / Social Housing refurbishment experience would be advantageous
