CONTRACTS MANAGER
London - City Based
£Excellent Plus Bens and Bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION
This leading wholesaler based in Central London is seeking an experienced hotel contractor who has exstensive experience and knowledge of contracting hotels in Europe
DUTIES
* Signing contracts which meet the group's requirements in terms of rates, allocations and other key contracting criteria, all within agreed targets and deadlines.
* Making sure all required contract administration is completed prior to Contracts Assistant checking.
* Avoidance/authorisation of closeout requests from hotels.
* Avoiding book outs when and where appropriate and required.
* Developing and maintaining strong network of contacts to support relationships with key supplier decision makers
* Sourcing and following up new products as required.
* Supporting brands, reservations departments, accounts validation and sales support (book outs, cancellation charges, specific requests etc) when and where necessary
* Promoting product internally.
* Providing recommendation on product as and when required
* Writing and maintaining hotel reports to a high standard
EXPEREINCE REQUIRED
This role will suit someone who has previous experince in buying/contracting within the European hotel/travel industry
