*Strong and practical experience of procurement in a public sector environment, including EU processes.
*Strong IT skills
*A track record of delivery against targets
*Demonstrable experience of delivery in a role with a strong ethos of customer service
*Demonstrable track record in building and sustaining relationships to achieve results, internally and externally
*Demonstrable track record in effective communication, both oral and written
*Demonstrable track record in influencing others - particularly those outside direct sphere of accountability
* Be available immediately and be able to commute to Central London
