We are currently looking for an experienced Controller for our St. Helens Branch.
Job Purpose
The Controller will co-ordinate work by distributing workloads to the screen/alarm fitting teams to ensure that customer deadlines and schedules are met.
The Controller will aim to ensure that labour, transport and overtime costs are kept to a minimum
Key Responsibilities
To co-ordinate the fitting teams throughout their Branch in
accordance with customer needs and schedules, using an
AS/400 system.
To answer the telephone as required and ensure calls are dealt
with promptly and professionally.
Ensure effective use of labour and transport, with particular
emphasis on least cost routing.
To input relevant data from manual documentation to the AS/400
system accurately.
Ensure all schedules are accurate and complete on a daily basis.
Ensure that all employee timesheets are received to meet payroll
deadlines.
Demonstrate an excellent customer service focus when dealing
with clients, other members of staff and members of the public.
Liaise with customers and the call centre, when required.
Ensure all security operatives are aware of the time scales and
requirements of the jobs.
Organisation of the depot call out rota and weekend work rota.
Complete general office duties as and when required.
Ensure that all company procedures including health & safety,
ISO9001 are adhered to by self and other employees.
