We are looking for an E2e Coordinator / Employability Skills Tutor to join a highly successful team in Manchester.You will be coordinating between other departments of the training provider and responsible for another member or staff.You will also be responsible for providing literacy and Numeracy support to 16-18year olds. In addition to this you will be helping them with their “job Ready” skills, e.g. CV Building, Interview Tips and Techniques, Improving confidence and self-esteem.The ideal candidate must be an experienced tutor within E2e – Entry to Employment and management or supervisory experience would be preferable but not required.This role is full time and permanent on top of a competitive salary you will receive a contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday rising to 30 with service, and personal development.

Job
- To coordinate between various departments within the Training Provider.
- To look after a small team of E2e tutors.
- To enable learners to move into further training and/or employment by providing support and assistance and job focused Literacy/Numeracy/Job Search training.
- Throughout the programme you will use learning materials that enhance learners’ employability skills and prepare them for further training and/or employment and raise motivation and self-esteem.
- The team is established and you will be an integral part.
- You will be required to work to targets.
- Responsibility of running your own diary.
Qualifications / Requirements:
§Experience as a senior tutor or experience within E2e with supervisory or management experience.
§Experience within functional skills would be highly advantageous.
§Previous experience of working with young people
§Ability to communicate with and engage young people
§Be emphatic, motivated, resilient and patient
§A business-like and learner focused approach to learning and development pathways leading to employment
§A good understanding of and strong commitment to widening access to learning and development and boosting learner completion, achievement and employment
§Good administration and IT skills
