Experienced corporate actions manager with a solid investment management background sought by this leading global house.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of corporate actions professionals, working in a high volume, deadline-driven environment
People management skills are key and the role will involve appraisals, training, goal setting and oversight of the day to day running of the area.In addition to routine processing tasks responsibilities will include making client and internal presentations, undertaking project related initiatives and taking responsibility for the strategic development of the department.
Applicants will be strong communicators with a solid corporate actions background, a high level of numeracy and a proactive, flexible approach.
