This is a unique opportunity to join this top 10 practice in their Capital Markets Corporate Finance team. This team advises on issues relating to capital markets, M&A and other corporate finance transactions. You'll be able to assist clients with the acquisition or disposal of a business, raising equity for debt refinancing and all regulatory and compliance matters relating to AIM, Official List and the Takeover code. You will be qualified for AIM purposes and have a good knowledge of the Purple Book and the Blue Book as well as Corporate Finance Transactions. This is a superb role working in this specialist team reporting to the head of capital markets. As such being CF30 qualified would be an advantage
