Requirements

We would require you to have a relevant degree as a minimum and preferably an industry recognised qualification E.G ITIL, Prince 2, CIMA, ACCA.Joining our team as a Senior Associate, we would expect you to have experience of change projects and performance management programmes. You will have line, or preferably project experience in one or more of the following; Planning, budgeting and reporting and forecasting. At least some relevant CIPS or TICE-E industry sector experience is essential so please detail this on your applications/ CV. We are also looking for wider international exposure, preferably but not exclusive in Europe and Asia.You will be a person who enjoys a challenging, fast moving environment and is flexible to change. You will have excellent time management skills, be able to manage others and be very comfortable working in a highly team oriented environment.An ability to demonstrate a consistent focus on both individual and team success. You will need to establish credibility both internally and externally through technical knowledge, client management approach and professionalism. You will also be able to demonstrate a real desire to operate as an agent of change.



Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to work in client facing teams in the delivery of performance improvement engagements, from business case to implementation, covering:

  • Delivering work in the above areas, taking responsibility for the more complex areas of projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong degree of commercial awareness and an ability to quickly identify and understand the systems, process and risks relevant to clients and their goals.
  • Provide expertise and frequent interaction for the client relationship Working towards both individual and team delivery targets.

As a Senior Associate, your direct reporting line will be to a Consultant or Senior Consultant. You will work as a member of a team on assignments (team sizes will vary depending on client/project).
