An experienced Real Estate Expense Controller is required to join the Corporate Services and Real Estate (CSRE) department of this top-tier Investment Bank to provide support to the Firm in all aspects of financial management and supporting the procurement relating to the provisioning of outsourced services utilised by the Firm.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Integral member of the finance team focused on the reporting and analysis of direct and operating expenses of CSRE, including evaluation of relevant accruals
* Working as a member of a global taskforce tasked with the analysis and reporting of a major strand of non compensation expenses for the Firm
* Providing financial analysis and support for procurement contract evaluation and participating in commercial modelling and negotiations
* Contributing to the calculation of internal product pricing for the services provided by CSRE to the Firm
* Providing financial support for vendor evaluation on contract performance
* Reviewing management reporting with business managers and engaging on financial and business metric variance analysis
* Ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision making


To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA) with extensive Corporate services and / or corporate real estate EXPENSE analysis experience. You will also be able to show that you have the ability to grasp complex issues quickly, interpret information and communicate financial issues and analysis to non-financial staff, possess strong Microsoft Office, project management and communication skills as well as the ability to relate to people at all levels, winning their respect and building good relationships.
