Job Role

Administrator position within the Scottish corporate team of this leading firm. The role will be responsible for case progression of all classes of corporate insolvency cases (Administration, Receivership, Liquidation, CVAs).
Main Responsibilities

?X Successful implementation of case strategy
?X Involvement in trading on insolvent businesses - dealing with customers, suppliers and employees
?X Assistance in preparation of trading forecasts and management of ongoing cash flow
?X Assisting identification, control and realisation of assets - including liaison with agents and collection of book debts
?X Dealing with employees of insolvent companies and processing of employee claims
?X Dealing with general case correspondence and telephone calls (responding within Firm
We are looking for an experienced corporate recovery administrator with knowledge of administrations, receiverships, liquidations and CVAs. You should be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and exhibit the ability to influence others. Candidate with solely personal insolvency experience need not apply.
