This is an exciting time to join an ambitious and leading offshore bank with strong growth plans for the future. Our client is looking to enhance their operation in Jersey by recruiting an experienced Senior Corporate Banking Manager to develop and set up a new Corporate Banking proposition for them on the Island.
The core accountabilities for this role include being responsible for proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate clients, ensuring a first class service is provided through regular reviews and processes. The Corporate Manager will work closely with their counterparts in the UK in establishing and developing new corporate banking relationships. The incumbent will also have the responsibility of developing a new division which will involve business plans, proposals to senior management and also developing and leading a new team.
They need someone to be the link between UK & Offshore Corporate banking, need a strong knowledge of Corporate Markets and Offshore Markets. A thorough knowledge of the corporate banking market and regulatory requirements is essential along with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with both premium and corporate clients.
