Corporate Sales Account Manager - Mobile Network Operator
£35-45k Basic £70-100k OTE company car, mobile and laptop
A fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world's
largest mobile phone operators. This role is to manage large corporate accounts
across my clients existing enterprise client base in the South of the UK. You
will offer value propositions to uplift sales revenues in accounts and reduce
churn, working with a regional sales team to effect differentiation from
competitors in solutions offered to both new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for achieving company targets for
nominated accounts and adhering to performance indicators (KPI's) set for the
CAM role. You will deliver solutions that drive voice and data usage in line
with the wider data sales targets. You will need to deliver end to end customer
experience through proactive account management and through effective
relationships with internal and external customers
You will need to ensure that customer solutions are
effectively delivered and escalate and resolve service affecting issues that
arise. In addition, you will complete and execute Account Plans for nominated
accounts within the Sector and have an understanding of the competitor's
offerings. Finally, you will be responsible for the management of a virtual
team to include: Data Managers, Technical Support Group, Customer Services,
Credit Control and billing and be responsible for providing accurate and timely
forecasting.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of £35-45k,
on target earnings of £70-100k with all the usual perks of working for a FTSE
organisation. The top sales people are earning in excess of £100k through a
superb commission plan where sales success is rewarded. You will receive
