Excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax Accountant to join a dedicated international accounting team of a highly successful multinational organisation. Candidates will be qualified Accountants with corporate tax experience ideally gained within a multinational environment spanning global territories. 

Your remit will be wide ranging and will include the ongoing development and improvement of processes to ensure compliance and accurate reporting of results.- 

* Responsible for the compliance and preparation of corporate tax activities across global territories.

* Preparation & submission of quarterly tax payments, annual corporation tax computations and returns and associated information.

* Coordination of year end returns and liaison with overseas sites.

* VAT compliance activities spanning global regions. 

* Preparation/presentation of consolidated financial information for associated territories. 

* Working to strict US/European deadlines.

* IFRS/UK/US GAAP experience required.

The successful candidate will have a track record in a similar role and be technically up to date with current tax legislation in the UK and be familiar with US tax regulations.
