We are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager to
work within a fantastic Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in Birmingham.
As a Lead Nurse, some of your responsibilities will be:
Maintaining registration with the NMC
Attending Appropriate study days, courses and seminars when required.
To take responsibility for medical supplies and equipment
Act as patient advocate, ensuring that patients are cared for, maintaining highest standards at all times.
To participate in a 24-hour on call service
To offer on-going support and training to junior out-patient staff.
To be considered for this position, you must have excellent
organisational skills, have good leadership skills and possess a
professional, yet approachable manner.
As well as being a qualified RGN for at least 2 years, you must also have had experience leading a team.
All applicants, MUST be resident within the UK, and have the right to work with the UK.
Any applicants with Cosmetic/Plastic surgery experience, would be considerably beneficial.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, so please stipulate your salary requirements with your application
