Our client is a prestigious media specialist with a global presence in the marketplace. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for an enthusiastic Credit Controller to join their busy, vibrant finance team.
Working within a team of six, reporting directly to the Credit Manager, your key responsibilities will also include pro-actively chasing debt, monitoring and taking the necessary steps required to secure payment by due date; providing copy invoices for clients; handling all related queries and chasing the appropriate account handler for resolution as well as recommending litigation proceedings and preparing legal profiles and associated documentation to facilitate that process. You will also be expected to part-take in debtor conference calls with the regional directors as the FD to address any problems and discussing action plans for resolution.

Candidates must possess solid credit control experience coupled with a strong knowledge of Excel and Concept (or similar media specific accounts package e.g. DDS). You should demonstrate an enthusiasm and keenness to get things done, whilst possessing the ability to lift others and bring a vibrance to the team. This pro-active work ethic should be enhanced by excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
