Credit Controller
We are currently looking for candidates to work for one of the UK's largest utility companies based in Cardiff.
Our client has some positions for Credit Controllers in both April / May 2009, and we are looking to register
suitable candidates over the forth coming weeks who are looking for a Customer Service / Credit Management
position within the Cardiff Area.
Role : Credit Controller
Pay Rate : £7.93 per hour
Location : Cardiff Gate Business Park
Hours: Monday to Saturday -Between 8.00 am and 8.00pm.
The ideal candidates must have previous Contact Centre / Customer Service or Credit Management experience,
excellent communications skills, educated to G.C.S.E levels C and above in Maths and English or equivalent.
Duties Include:
Inbound and Outbound calls to / from existing customers regarding their energy bills
Updating the companies database with customer queries
Taking payments over the phone
Contacting customers and setting up payment plans
Debt recovery from customers
Any associated administration
