Promotions 81 is a leading provider of a variety of branded
promotional products and print solutions across a wide range of industries and
markets throughout the UK. We are currently looking to increase our business
and therefore require a confident credit controller to assist with the
maintenance of the debtor ledger.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash collections for a
defined set of accounts.
- Support the enforcement of credit
control policies and company terms and conditions.
- Ensure all outstanding debts are
collected in a timely basis.
- Deal with customer queries in a
professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with key internal
personnel to assist in the process of cash collection.
Skills and Experience
- One year’s experience in Credit
Control
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Confident in dealing with
customers over the telephone
- Able to work on own initiative
and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Excellent PC skills, in
particular excel and word
- Organised and methodical
- Able to work in a fast paced
environment
- Experience in Sage would be
advantageous but is not essential
