My client a leading property company has offices based in regional locations and abroad. The Credit Control function is in a position where they need to add to their credit control team with additional resource. As the lead Credit Control specialist you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, collecting all outstanding rents from tenants, liaising with Property Managers and Clients where appropriate and compiling aged debt and collection reports for clients. This role would be an excellent role that offers a large degree of progression for an existing Property Credit Control specialised looking to move in to a supportive, entrepreneurial business.
