Credit Management / Customer Service Advisor Roles Available
We are currently seeking 6 x Customer Service Advisors to work within one of the UK's Largest Utility Companies based within Cardiff Gate Business Park. Salary: £15,000 per annum Contract: Temp to Perm - Full time Hours: Monday to Friday (Between 8am - 8pm) & Saturday (1-2 Saturdays per month: 8am - 2pm) Selection Criteria The ideal candidate must be friendly & outgoing, resilient , have the ability to work within a team & use their own initiative, as well having plenty of drive and enthusiasm.
- Previous Experience in a customer service / credit control is essential.
- Must be PC Literate & have good keyboard skills
- Must be educated to G.C.S.E level, including C and above in Maths & English. Duties will include: Managing Inbound customer service enquiry calls from existing customers;
Making outbound calls to customers for payment; Taking payments & creating payment plans for the customers; Updating the company database with customer details and call information; Associated administration including mailing, faxing, sending letters and liaising with colleagues in other departments.
