The health sector remains to be of popular interest in the job market because it is still professional sitting on the border of the private and public sectors. This opportunity is responsible for seven people within the Credit team and will require a motivated, ambitious and professional individual.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Credit Manager is responsible for;
- Management of the credit team
- Motivating, developing and retaining professional credit officers
- Reporting and maintaining DSO
- Reconciliations
- Debt collections and receivables management
Candidate Overview
Ideally from a health or aged care background, you will have a stable permanent work history and have leadership experience in credit management. Having managed a team previously, you will have a proven background in retaining and motivating credit officers and come with ideas and suggestion to improve processes and drive the team forward. Excel skills and the ability to develop relationships is also a must have in this position.
