Credit Manager

Working as the Credit Control Manager you will be required to manage a team of 5 credit controllers to ensure that they effectively collect all overdue payments.

Key Accountabilities will include:

• organising the team to effectively pursue pre legal debt
• focusing the team on effective outbound calling
• coaching and mentoring the credit controllers
• kpi monitoring
• analysis and reporting of debtor ledgers
• acting as a point of escalation for any issues

My client is looking for a candidate who has previous staff management experience and have a proven track record within Credit Control.

Knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage as would the ICM qualification.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

My client are a well known organisation based in Telford.

A starting salary of £23,000 to £25,000 with excellent benefits.
