My client is seeking Cruise Reservations Consultants in West London to join their team. Would you like to work for one of the leading names in cruising? Are you a travel agent looking for that move into the growing cruise market? This is a busy and challenging position in a friendly working environment.
As a Cruise Reservations Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks and responsibilities:
- Offering advice and assistance in the selection of the Cruise Holiday booking
- Quoting Cruise availability and fares
- Up selling and conversion, asking for the sale
- Working to meet and achieve sales targets
- Liaise with other departments when required eg flights department
- Answer and resolve any customer queries
Cruise Reservations Consultant remuneration package:
- Basic salary £16000
- 20 days holiday
- Regular incentives and commission
- Free Cruise after 1st year
Cruise Reservations Consultant skill attributes:
- Travel industry experience within a retail or reservations role is essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Team player
- Able to work on own initiative
- Exceptional selling skills
- Customer service focused
