Job Description
Our client is a long established, market leading, specialist holiday company looking to recruit Cruise Consultants.
The main responsibility of the role is to sell worldwide cruise holidays over the telephone and ensure maximum sales and targets are achieved.
The positions are based in central London as part of a team in an inbound call centre environment selling on behalf of all the leading cruise lines.
As well as a friendly, upbeat and professional working atmosphere the successful candidate will benefit from fantastic earning potential, excellent product training and cruise ship familiarisation visits.
Candidate Requirements
Experience selling cruises or working within the travel industry
Proven strong telesales ability with experience working to targets
IT literate
Good numeracy skills
Ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities
Qualities required
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively at all levels
Positive and professional telephone manner
Able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
Punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, evenings and weekends
Well organised
Ability to work under pressure
