Customer Advisors-Oxfordshire
THE COMPANY
FPSG are urgently looking for Customer Service Advisors based in Oxfordshire. Our client is a global banking organisation who has an outstanding reputation for customer service.
They are looking for dynamic people who will offer fresh ideas or the voice of experience, to promote the Bank's services and provide the opportunities for our customers to benefit from the wide range of financial services available.
You will be carrying out all daily cash and banking transaction, dealing with all enquiries, identifying customer's needs and delivering excellent customer service. You will be able to confidently converse with customers, build relationships and meeting their needs within in a face to face environment.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for people who have experience within a face to face environment and proven experience of working towards sales targets, along with the determination to provide an excellent customer service experience,dealing with complaints where necessary.

As this role is with a financial services company, you will be subject to a credit, criminal record and employer reference check.
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £12,000-12,500 approx plus bonuses
