You will be responsible for the following
- You will be the first point of contact for customers coming into the branch in order to deal with and action a range of general banking/account enquiries/concerns and/or specific service/product enquiries
- Follow security protocol to identify the customer
- Identify where the Bank can help the customer (and directing them on to the appropriate service area when they cannot assist)
- Pursue potential sales leads
- Contact customers to discuss opportunities to help them and arrange appointments
- Update customer file and/or diary system after each action
- Action postal/fax/e-mail correspondence where necessary
- Prepare batches of work for processing off-site
- Sales Lead Generation rates (either from live leads or system prompts)
- To log/deal with set number of customer concerns weekly
- To balance daily (for those involved in cashiering duties)
- Adherence to compliance procedures.
The successful candidate will have the following skills- Excellent Communication skills
- Worked within a Customer facing role
- Has sales experience and/or worked in a targeted environment
- Passion to succeed.
