working for an employer of choice in the local area as a customer service advisor.
Answering incoming calls from existing agents and potential future agents;
- Dealing with enquiries and solving issues efficiently, referring if necessary;
- Taking part in outbound calling projects, to promote new products or survey agents;
- Prioritising workload effectively, achieving agreed targets and objectives consistently, liasing with other departments as necessary and maintaining an up to date knowledge of our products and procedures;
- Escalating calls internally;
- Diagnostic problem solving to eliminate calls;
- Arranging maintenance visits with internal departments;
- Acting on own initiative to implement best practice for our customers.
The Ideal canddiate will have over 6months experience in a similar role, be a confident communicator and used to high call volumes. The benefits this company offers are fantastic.
