Our Client is a thriving financial service based business in the heart of Salford Quays.They offer a range of different products ranging from Mortgages to an every day current account.This role is within their banking sector an area of the business which is going from strength to strength.They are backed by one of the largest Banks in the UK and uniquely placed in the market with their innovative approach to customer relations.
The Role is a Customer Service Representative.
Dealing with inbound calls from clients who have selected the Express Service to request the following:
a.Amendments/additions/cancellations to incomes/auto-payments
b.Transfers between accounts using the system to calculate and complete the transfers
c.The ordering of PIN reminders and/or paying-in books
d.Amendments to contact details
e.General balance and/or transaction enquiries.
This role is one step away from the Account management position that becomes available to you after you have been with the business for 3-6 months.You must have 3-6 months high volume call handling at the least and the desire to succeed in a VERY corporate environment.
