New Opportunity-Customer Call Agent
This is an exciting opportunity to join a local company with a highly established brand name is the area.
The duties within the role will include;
- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding placing breakdown calls on their products, dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
- Meeting individual and call centre targets based on the volume and quality of calls
- Resolutions required are actioned after the customer's query dealt with on every call taken
- Assisting other areas within Customer Service as and when required internal and external
- Assisting with the smooth running of the department on a daily basis
It is essential that you have good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel and have a willingness to learn and develop.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
