Technical Customer Care Agent Teleperformance, the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre provider, currently have vacancies for technically sound and hard working customer care agents. Working on behalf of leading technology providers, you will be required to give assistance to customers over the phone regarding technical and routine customer service enquiries, in a calm and conscientious manner. Salary: £12,500 per annum Hours: We need agents who can be very flexible in regards to working hours The Customer Care Agent Role: - Handling calls from members of the public and giving advice on account queries and issues
- To be able to follow set guidelines and procedures in the giving of advice to members of the general public
- To be able to provide administrative support when necessary and perform data entry tasks in relation to calls
- To be able to relate account specific information to the customer in a clear and concise manner
- To communicate clearly and effectively with the other members of your team
The Selection Criteria Essential Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service OR customer facing role
Preferred Experience: - Experience of using a PC and some of the word packages such as Excel
Skills/Personal Attributes: - Excellent oral communication skills
- An ability to work under pressure and show resilience in a pressurised situation
- Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision
- Good social skills, team player and ability to communicate at all levels
- An ability to deliver information to a customer whilst avoiding the use of jargon
- Good PC skills will be an asset
