About the role
As part of a team that makes a significant contribution to Nationwide’s profits, you’ll have a huge impact on our business. Forget scripts and standard sales calls. Talking to customers who are behind with their mortgage, loan or current account overdraft repayments you’ll use your initiative and people skills to get to the bottom of the problem and develop a plan that will get them back on track. There are targets to meet and every call will bring a fresh challenge - but we’ll make sure you’re prepared with all the training and support you need to succeed.

About you
Handling outbound and inbound calls, you’ll be great on the phone and you’ll have the experience required to read in-between the lines. Resilient enough to guarantee results, you’ll be the sort of person who loves to make a difference and you’ll thrive in a challenging and fast paced target orientated environment.
