Here in Leicester, we have a very successful contact centre where our team takes calls from customers who appreciate their ability to cut through the jargon in order to find the financial product that best suits their needs. Our ability to really listen and deliver what our customers want continues to drive our success.

As a Customer Sales & Service Adviser you will respond to customer’s enquiries and resolve on a first time basis where possible. You will proactively promote, sell and provide advice on Alliance & Leicester products and services and will achieve sales targets set for you by your line manager. Customer contact may be in the form of inbound or outbound telephone calling, paper correspondence or by email so you must be adaptable to all situations.

You’ll be dealing all types of customers with different situations and you’ll set us apart from the competition by taking a genuine interest in each caller. It’s a busy role and the combination of your customer service and sales experience and your positive personality will ensure you exceed our customers’ expectations every time. You will meet individual service standard levels whilst contributing to team deliverables. As a team player you will contribute to the success and will display behaviours such as enthusiasm, self-motivation and a healthy competitiveness to achieve “best in class” results.

We have full-time hours available for this role.

Full Time: Between 08:00 to 21:00 Monday – Saturday.
