Customer Service Advisor – Salary - £16k - £18k
An good opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor based in Folkestone Kent. Candidates must have at least 2 years commercial Customer Service experience, be articulate and confident and understand the importance of delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities will include liaising with different organisations and dealing with people at various levels and taking detailed instructions over the phone, so must possess excellent attention to detail. A health care or NHS background would be highly desirable for this position.
