We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our call centre team. Situated close to Dudley our call centre is friendly and busy. The successful contact centre agent would :-
Take inbound calls from our existing customers regarding our service to handle a general query or resolve a customer problem. Handling between 80-100 inbound calls per day you will liaise with the traffic control centre and customers of all sizes.
You will ideally possess previous call centre experience, or customer service within an office environment, together with good computer skills.
In return we can offer a permanent salary of 14,000, starting 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, free parking, in-house training, friendly office environment with good social activities outside of work.
