Whichever team you join, you’ll have a key role in providing there customers with excellent standards of service – whether that’s delivering information on new product or giving advice to policy-holders.
No matter what level you join my client's business, no matter what particular role you fill, it’s essential that you have great communication skills, solid judgement and ideally, some experience in a customer-facing role. If you’ve never worked in the insurance industry, don’t worry – as long as you share there passion for great customer service, they can provide all the training you’ll need to make a success of your role.
In return, my client offer a salary that we’ll keep competitive with regular reviews, coupled with a great benefits package that includes profit sharing, pension scheme and, depending on your particular role, a performance-related bonus.
You will work 35 hrs p/week on a shift rota, set a month in advance, shifts are 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 or 12-8.
You will have to do one week of lates and one weeks early's and also do one in two weekends [9-5 on sat and 10-2pm on a Sun] - you will get a day off in the week for working the weekend.
Salary is dependent on experience but would be between £12.5 and £14k + bonus [on average around £200+ p/month] + benefits [see below]
