Percepta are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our outbound calling team based in Daventry.
Position Summary
The successful applicants will make proactive outbound calls to customers following up an initial contact to ensure excellent customer service is provided. They must ensure Percepta is represented to a high professional standard in all contacts with the customer.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers and liaise on their behalf with repairers and garages to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and, where agreed by the customer, make timely and accurate dealer service and repair appointments and reservations for additional services.
- Maintain accurate notes in the customer records system.
- Provide key customer feedback to Percepta, as appropriate and promptly pass unrelated customer complaints to the relevant Customer Relations departments.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) of the role, including quality, quantity and productivity KPI's.
- Use excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally to all relevant parties
- Develop and maintain product, business and system expertise to meet on-going customer and client needs.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
What You'll Have
- Good numeracy and Literacy skills
- School academic qualifications (Grades A – D) or equivalent (including English Language ideally)
- Strong general communication skills, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, Windows and internet skills
- Ideally 12 months experience in customer service environment
- Previous outbound calling experience would be desirable.
- Previous call centre experience, including case management and structured call handling techniqueswould be desirable
- Previous experience of the automotive industry would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to do evening work; 40 hours per week between the hours of 11am – 8pm Monday – Friday
