The Company
Officeteam are currently recruiting for a customer services assistant to work within a fast paced environment and for a business that is proving to be extremely successful within the financial services sector on the edge of Nottingham city centre.
The RoleOfficeteam are recruiting for an experienced customer services assistant that will work for 4 weeks through Officeteam and will then move onto work for the client for a period of 6 months. You will mainly be dealing with in bound customer enquiries but you will have to make warm outbound calls to existing customers in order to follow up on confirming peoples details and clarifying information to be added onto the system. You will also be required to work one in four Saturdays but you will then have a day in lieu off the following working week. Otherwise working hours will be Monday - Friday 9-5.30. You will be tested on your data entry speed and accuracy and excel before being placed into this role as these are skills that the client has stipulated that are essential to being successful in this position.
