CLIENT
Our client, a successful manufacturing organisation in the TeamValley, is looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor for a 6 month contract period. You will be required to increase the growth of sales and the profitability of products and represent the brand globally.
JOB
Working in the Business Development and marketing department you will be an active member of the divisions sales support team. Your duties will include
-Support House accounts by proactively communicating with internal and external customers to provide updates and ongoing status orders and deliveries
-Processing order amendments in accordance with company policy and procedures
-Meet or exceed the customer’s expectations in response to all requests and enquiries.
-Recognise and identify customer needs and proactively satisfy them.
-Proactively communicate the status of orders to internal and external customers as required.
-Create and maintain customer account details.
-Maintain the item master sales descriptions in conjunction with new product input forms.
-Negotiate lead times on standard product in line with customers request dates when required.
-Conduct order review prior to processing to ensure accuracy of orders processed.
-Ensure good relationships are developed and maintained with customers and suppliers placing great emphasis on “Partnership” and “Teamwork”.
-Foster positive inter-departmental relations.
CANDIDATE
You will have excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally. You will have good attention to detail and possess an ability to make decisions and accept responsibility for customer satisfaction. Experience within a Sales/customer service role in a manufacturing/engineering environment is highly desirable.
