Randstad is recruiting experienced permanent customer service professionals to work at HSBC's largest UK based Telephone Banking Centre based on the Swansea Enterprise Park with an immediate start.
This permanent role is a fantastic opportunity to work for and forge a career within the world's local bank.
Duties include taking inbound calls from existing business customers, managing their banking requests professionally and to a demanding standard whilst looking for opportunities to enhance their portfolio.
Previous banking experience is not essential but candidates must have a proven track record in a customer service environment, possess exceptional communication, problem solving and negotiation qualities.
