Customer Service Advisors required immediately!!! Due to rapid expansion LBM Direct Marketing is seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors for full time work based in their Altrincham contact centre. Hours are between 8am and 9pm. Your role will involve providing inbound/outbound telephone customer service and support on behalf of one of LBM’s major clients clients. There may also be an opportunity to earn extra £££’s in commission & bonuses by achieving set targets. Current clients include British Gas, O2 and many more. Previous customer service / sales experience is desired although not essential as full classroom based training is provided.
