Our client, a growing blue chip organisation in the city centre of Manchester, is looking to add a team of 12 new members of staff to their friendly vibrant offices.
With a good track record (i.e. - no job hoppers with 6 months at each job!) within customer services (ideally from a contact centre environment) - this will offer an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the insurance industry, WITHOUT working to unachievable sales targets!
This role will involve taking inbound calls from EXISTING customers who have been involved in an accident. You will need to build a rapport, and then take all relevant details down, entering them onto the in house system - full training will be provided!
